How To Place An Order
Pre-orders open on Sundays only
Pre-order form will open on Sunday afternoon.
Place or on website at www.atelierxn.ca
All orders must be submitted through our order form on Sundays at www.atelierxn.ca
A confirmation email will be sent
After your order form has been submitted, please be on standby as a confirmation email will be sent along with your total price, payment details and so forth. Please reply back on your confirmation so we can get started on the order. *Remember to check your spam/junk folder*
Pick ups will be on available on Fridays
Pickup of your product will be available only on Friday's. The order form will state your time availability to get a general estimate of when you are able to come for a pickup.
Policy
Order Placement
- All orders must be submitted through our order form at www.atelierxn.ca.
- Order form may not be available to place order when in high demand due to limited space.
- All prices listed are marked as final price.
- All payments are done in person. Further details of method is upon confirmation email once orders are placed.
Cancellation & Refunds
- All cancellation requests are reviewed at the owner’s discretion.
- Any cancellations MUST be made by Monday night.
- Any late cancellations or no show for pick ups may result to future order rejections.
- Refunds will not be issued for concerns related to design, colour, or decorations once order has been picked up.
- Refund request related to product quality or flavour will only be considered if the product is returned and will be evaluated.
- No refunds will be issued for consumed product in it’s entirety.
Pick Up & Transport
- Pick up ONLY. Delivery is not available.
- Once the order is picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for transportation and handling.
- Pickup location is in Toronto, Fairbank, York area
- Atelier xN is not responsible for any damages that occur after pickup.
- All communication will be done through email.
- Further details will be sent upon placing order.
- Our kitchen is NOT allergen free.
- Atelier xN reserves all the rights to photographs and shared completed orders on social media unless otherwise requested.
